Important Usage Guidelines for JLM Underbody Spray Black 

When to Use:

  • To protect surfaces from gravel, stone chips, and other physical damages.
  • For corrosion protection on various vehicle parts.

How to Apply:

  1. Ensure the product is at room temperature before use.
  2. Shake the can well before application.
  3. Ensure the surface to be coated is dry, clean, and free from dirt, rust, grease, or other contaminants.
  4. Apply an even layer of the product to the desired surface. The recommended thickness is approximately 0.5 mm during application.
  5. Apply at least two layers for optimal protection.
  6. Allow the coating to evaporate and dry completely before overpainting.

Important Considerations:

  • Avoid spraying on exhaust systems, brake components, or motor parts.
  • For improved corrosion protection, treat bare metal surfaces with an anti-corrosion primer before applying JLM Underbody Spray Black
