Application Instructions
This product is intended for professional use only.
1. Preparation:
– Ensure the engine is at operating temperature.
– Shake the can before use.
– Disconnect the air intake hose at the throttle body or air intake manifold.
– Insert the application hose into the intake manifold or throttle body
Note 1: do not apply before turbo or intercooler.
Note 2: do not apply to vehicles where the intercooler is integrated into the inlet manifold.
2.Set engine at ~1500 RPM
3. Spray product directly into the inlet manifold, spray in 1-2 second intervals (short sprays) allow engine to stabilise between prays.
4. After 10 sprays allow engine to idle for ~3 minutes
5. Repeat the process until the can is empty
If excessive knocking or backfire occurs during the process, pause and allow the engine to idle.
Completion:
– After the application is complete, reconnect the air intake hose.
– Allow the engine to run for a few minutes to ensure the cleaner has fully circulated and burned off any residues.
– Test drive the vehicle to verify improved performance.
